West African Basslet | Serranus pulcher is an attractive and hardy addition to your fish only tank.  Since their diet consists largely of crustaceans and small fish, they are not well suited to a reef tank.

The West African Basslet | Serranus pulcher requires a meaty diet.  Any meaty foods should do.
They require a minimum 55 gallon tank, and can grow to seven inches.
