Zebrasoma veliferum - Being a herbivore, your aquarium should be able to provide a variety of algae, if not, then the addition of dried seaweeds or fresh macro algae will need to be placed within the tank at feeding time. As with other tangs, they do learn though that they can eat meatier prepared fish foods as well. As with most species of this family group, unless the tank is very large, they can become aggressive towards others of their own or like kind. They are totally reef safe, have no interest in bothering the corals or inverts.
