Acanthurus fowleri

Fowler tangs, or Fowleri tangs, have to be considered one of the most beautiful of all tangs. Their blue highlites are simply electric. They are a bit more delicate than other acanthurus tangs, but well worth the effort. They make a stunning addition to your reef of fish only system.

Like all acanthurus tangs, they grow quite large, so a minimum 150 gallon tank is recommended. They can be aggressive towards other acanthurus tangs, but are relatively mild mannered.
