Earmuff Wrasse (Halichoeres Melasmapomus)
Requires a 50 gallon or larger aquarium with live rock and a deep sand bed. When nervous or sleeping, The Earmuff Wrasse (Halichoeres Melasmapomus), will burrow in the sand. They do best when introduced as juveniles in groups of three or more. Feed a variety of enriched foods, but they need live foods (pods) to survive long term.
