Ophiothrix Purpurea Brittle starfish make a great addition to your cleanup crew. The scavenge, mainly at night, cleaning detrius, uneaten food, and even dead fish that might have fallen behind the rocks. Keep 1 per 10 gallons. Like with all inverts, brittle starfish cannot tolerate high nitrates or copper medication.
