The Blue Spotted, or Coral Rabbitfish is a fish that usually travels in pairs in the wild. It has venomous dorsal spines, so handle with care.
The Blue Spotted Rabbitfish requires a 100 gallon or larger aquarium. It is a very peaceful species except when housed with other rabbitfish. Rabbitfish are generally reef-safe if they are well fed. If not, it is possible for them to nip at and consume some species of LPS and soft corals.
Their diet should mainly consist of vegetable preparations and algae.
