euxiphipops xanthometopon
A spectacular Angel, this species can do well if his needs are met. Initially shy, the Blueface can become bold over time, but is less aggressive than many angels. The Blueface Angel needs a large tank, 180 gallons or larger, and should ideally be king of the tank. It doesn't do well with other large, bold angels

I bought two Blueface Angels (4"-5") in June 2026. They both came in good condition and eating very well. I also bought a 7" on a month or two before that and it is also doing very well. They can be a little shy at first. I have the two smaller ones in floating adjoining pens to get them used to each other while in quarantine. When it comes to feeding, they are jumping out of the water to catch the food before it hits the water! Love these fish! Thanks NYAquatic for great fish!
