The Bariene, or eye spot, surgeonfish is one of the more spectacular tangs available. However, it is also one of the larger, growing to 12", and more aggressive tangs. Like all tangs, they need lots of swimming room, and plenty of vegetable matter (algae growth, spirulina, nori) in their diet.
Unless your tank is quite large (180 min), this should be the only tang in your system.
